Shamana Center Code of Conduct:

Students and guests will be expected to maintain yogic conduct during the residential stay - incorporating the Yamas (external disciplines) and Niyamas (internal disciplines) of the yogic tradition in our daily lives.

Engaging in conscious communication with honesty and integrity.

Offering mutual support and respect for each other’s individual paths and self-expression.

Being ecologically conscious - reduce, reuse and recycle.

Practicing mindfulness and accountability for our thoughts, words and deeds.

Cultivating an environment oriented to spiritual practice, maintaining clean and organized retreat space and respecting silence and privacy of all participants.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation policy for training and retreats; 

  • 90+ days’ notice; we offer a 100% refund

  • 30-90 days’ notice; we offer a 75% refund

  • Between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival; we offer a 50% refund

  • Less than 7 days’ notice of cancellation, there is no refund

  • Training deposits are non-refundable 

  • If you shorten the length of your visit during your stay with us there is no refund.

You can postpone or transfer the payment to another training course.

In case you are on a waiting list, if no spaces become available, your deposit will be returned in full or transferred to another training at no cost. If a space becomes available and you attend the training, your deposit will be applied to your tuition payment. If a space becomes available and you choose to cancel or transfer, your deposit will not be returned.

Cancellation policy for retreat leaders bookings;

  • All deposits are non-refundable

  • 180+ days’ notice; we offer a 100% refund

  • Between 180 and 30 days prior to arrival; we offer a 75% refund

  • Up to 30 days prior to arrival; we offer a 50% refund

  • 7 days to group arrival; no refund
